I was diagnosed with endometriosis 06/13 and i have unbearable pain. what can i do to ease the pain? i have tried ibuprofen and tylenol (acetaminophen)

Minerals & hormones: For the immediate short term, try taking a magnesium/calcium supplement, two doses, three times a days with plenty of water (12 oz) with the mag/cal doses. You will need to see a gynecologist for long term treatment. You can also take 2 OTC Aleve (naproxen) twice a day.

Surgeon: Laser ablation of endometrial tissue would be treatment of choice. Done out patient very low risk
