Yes: if you have just started the ring you may take a couple of cycles to regulate then I would keep the ring in the whole 21 days, out for 7 days then a new one in again. If you continue to have breakthrough bleeding with the ring you should see your doctor, Just like BCPs starting 1-2 days early or late with the ring is not concerning.
