Breast feeding: Nicole, that's a hard one to answer since I don't know what's in this 'fat burner' shot you've taken. I can tell you that most drugs have a half life that is less than 24 hours, that's why you have to take them daily. So it may leave your system in 24 hours, but if you are breastfeeding then you should really avoid taking any medications at all as they may be passed to your baby in your milk.
