Nothing wrong: with your cycle in all likelihood; taking your breast tenderness into account you may experience a little more pronounced hormonal fluctuations than you usually do. For how long have you had the blurry vision? Any whitish nipple discharge? If so, you should see a gynecologist, and in regards to the blurry vision an ophthalmologist, not an optometrist.
