Early miscarriage: The slight bleeding after positive ovulation test is consistent with ovulation bleeding. You may have been biochemically pregnant, but pregnancy hormone levels may already be receding to a point that the urine test is negative. In this case I would expect you to come on a menstrual period within the next few days.
