More info needed: Is he breastfeeding? Did you start baby foods. How long has this been going on? Is his activity level normal? Has he been sick with a cold?

Be patient: For most 4 months olds, milk remains the main diet as weaning should wait after 6 months to avoid development of allergies etc. If your child is refusing bottle, you should try to rule out other reasons for his refusal to eat. Change the bottle and nipple, and give water , and check temperature. If still refusing to eat beyond a couple of days, check with the baby's pediatrician.
