Delayed period.: You are having premenstrual symptoms. For pain you can take a non-steroidal antiinflammatory medication if there is no contraindication for it.

Ectopic or infection: Bloody discharge, pain and a missed period is an ectopic pregnancy until proven otherwise. A home pregnancy test may not be sensitive enough to pick up an ectopic pregnancy. You will need a blood pregnancy test. Another possibility is a uterine infection. Best to see an Ob/Gyn doctor with your symptoms. Best wishes!
