Flecainide: Flecainide may be affected by food. So, the best time to take it is on an empty stomach (one hour before you eat).

Optimal absorption: Food can interfere with complete absorption. Taking it on an empty stomach is optimal. One hour before eating is presumed empty stomach. Dont take with food o r less than 2-3 hours after eating.
