Yes: Unlikely but yes. Pill not 100% effective. Pre-cum secretions from penis can/do contain sperm so even if he does not ejaculate into your vagina, it is possible to become pregnant. Should also be using condom to help decrease chance of pregnancy and STD's. Hope this helps. Be safe. Dr R
