Exercise& Bowel move: Lack of exercise can contrbute to constipation beacuse inactivity slows the digestive system.Execise or working out regularly will help with good bowel movements.If you are already regular you may find you have more bowel movements.Bowel respond even more if you are consistent and work out same time every day.
