Need more info: This could be serious but I need more info about your general health. It would be very wise to either get to a Hospital emergency Room or to your family physician as soon as you can.

Dizziness,vertigo: you have one of two condition. low blood pressure, especially on standing up. labyrinthitis, a condition of inner ear, that causes spinning of head. need to contact health care provider and take plenty of fluids.
