Vicodin: Hydrocodone is an opiate that is commonly used for short term acute pain such as minor injury, minor surgery etc. Its use on a long term basis is not recommended and leads to habituation at best and addiction at worst. Please see a pain specialist for proper evaluation and non-opiate treatment options. Good luck.

In person evaluation: If you need a prescription for an opioid like Vicodin, you need to seek an inperson evaluation for appropriateness. An online physician source isn't a feasible, or appropriate, mechanism for something like this. I do wish you the best of luck though and hope your issue can be addressed sooner rather than later.
