Here are some ...: I assumed having itchy bumps at pubic area is the only concern you have. If so, you may try lightly applying clotrimazole + betamethasome cream lightly 1-2 times for 5-7 days. If not improved, see Urologist to make sure that these are not related with scabies or sebaceous glandsor others. Without a direct look, an accurate Dx is not easy to come by. So, see Doc timely.
