Maybe: Pain in the ovaries in early pregnancy is possible from a corpus luteum cyst. However, pelvic pain in early pregnancy is serious. One has to make sure that the pregnancy is not an ectopic or tubal pregnancy. Please speka and see a doctor for ultrasound and blood tests and clinical exam. Good Luck
