Absolutely: You certainly shouldn't ignore this pain but it is most likely normal. When you are first pregnant there is an ovarian cyst formed on the ovary that supplied the egg. It's normal and early on supplies hormonal support to your new pregnancy. It can cause some pain though, as cysts sometimes do. Make sure you get early check ups to determine that your pregnancy is going well. Good luck.
