Watchout for birth control with androgenic progesterones. There is some possibility of benefit from spironolactone and finasteride or dutasteride. The good news is: that this type of hair loss is self-limiting. But you can take supplements like Viviscal to help it along, or try OTC products, just get the OK from your gynecologist
