Missed Abortion: I am assuming you have a positive pregnancy test. If your doctor sees an empty uterus with no products of conception, it means you have a biochemical pregnancy. Your pregnancy hormones did not rise and no placenta or baby is forming. Your body will recover and you will have a period. Good Luck next time.
