No: Hi Louise, A man's DNA is found in his cells, like the sperm found in semen. Following intercourse, the sperm cells in the ejaculate will eventually die. However, if a pregnancy occurs, the male DNA will become part of the fetus', not the woman's DNA. I hope that answers your question.
