None as long: As there are no complications in the pregnancy such as premature labor or problems with her cervix (the part that is in the vagina). Otherwise sex should not cause problems. Use a condom for anal sex as that is a risk for you and pull it off before having vaginal contact. The two are not made to mix. Good luck with your new pregnancy.

Sex in pregnancy: Anal sex followed by vaginal sex can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease. Please refrain to protect your wife and unborn child. Vaginal intercourse is fine unless her water breaks in the future. Please see her OB-Gyn with her for further questions you may have.
