Tomorrow morning: OTC home pregnancy tests can detect the pregnancy hormone HCG as early as 7-10 days after conception. If you're pregnant, the test should pick it up. Best to use a urine specimen from when you first get up from sleep since that's when the urine will have the highest concentration of the hormone.
