One month sinusitis: It sounds like you may have developed a bacterial sinus infection. Please see your primary care physician for exam and treatment. In the meantime, you can gargle warm salt water, drink plenty of fluids, and rest. Headache medications over-the-counter are fine if not allergic and no liver or kidney issues.
