Likely not: epsom salts are an old remedy for sprains and strains and perhaps other ailments but generally not recommended anymore because they have not been shown to result in a significant difference in outcome than other treatments. Once again, sprains and strains are best treated with cold compresses for the first 48 hours to minimize and reduce inflammation, followed by alternating warm and cold compress

No scientific proof: Epsom salts are Magnesium Sulfate and has no salutary effect. The warm bath is as effective alone as on with epsom salts. This is as effective as COFFEE Enemas
