Chechkup: may be a small irriation or infection form mucous or discharge in your pensis, perhaps remants of semen or dried ejaculation form masturbation. I advise abstaining from masturbation and you will need a urine analysis and culture.

Cultures & treatment: Your symptoms could be in keeping with a urinary tract infection or an STD. You should be checked and have a urinalysis, urine culture and cultures for STD. If your doctor is concerned about a urinary tract infection or an STD you will be treated and receive follow up to review your cultures. Avoid sexual activity until you are aware of your results. Positive results require treatment of partners.

STD?: Hi, you need to see a doctor to take a sample of your penis and test for sexually transmitted diseases, also if you are worried about HIV you need to take the test 3 months after exposure. The tests are not positive in first 3 months. Please practice safe sex and at all time use Condom with an unknown partner. Feel better soon.
