Read and think: not the usual health question but I take the challenge. read a lot, you will see how others develop ideas logically. Sometimes emotion triggers thinking and analysis. Examine yours and their origins and imagine a more satisfying world. Read again about the things that affect you. Lastly try to identify what goals and actions you need to aim for. Then read again. Identify good role models/mentors
