You'll want: that looked at. While without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, I can give most of the entire list of possibilities. Most likely not a very bad thing (bumpy vein, or scarred epididymis). But the scarred epididymis implies infection (probably Old but can affect fertility). Hard lumps in testes should be evaluated for a very treatable cancer.
