Abnormal bleeding: Hi, if you have WBC in urine then you might have either Urinary tract infection or even Pelvic inflammatory disease which could affect your period. Have you seen a provider, i assume you did and that's how u know about WBC, treating your infection might help, please see a Gynecologist for pelvic exam to rule out infection, structural diseases like endometriosis and hormonal imbalance. Feel better
