Ankle pain: hi, Tibial Posterior Tendon Dysfunction is very common problem of ankle. If you do sport I suggest that you take it easy for awhile, use ice, Motrin. Has your doctor suggested casting for a little while? Have you done Physical Therapy? Injection of Steroid into ankle can help, too.
