Not directly: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy comes in many degrees of virulence....depending on genetics, thickness of walls, etc. Some individuals are more predisposed than others to arrhythmias and/or PVCS (felt as palpitations). This indirectly can lead to panic attacks if you get very worried when you feel palpitations. Otherwise, no, HOCM does not directly lead to panic attack.
