Cramping/ diarrhea: Would follow up with doctor/urgent care Could be irritable bowel, food intolerances, H.pylori , bacteria infection like Chlamydia which responds to Zithromax / Rifaximin/Cipro, or rarely ileitis-autoimmune disease( Crohns). Can try pepto, if not allergic to aspirin and this not a virus(unlikely if not watery/bloody). Use only for 3 days , it has antibacterial effect

Probably not: Many mechanisms can cause abdominal pain, and diarrhea, including medication usage with non-steroid anti-inflammatory medications, peptic ulcer disease, biliary diseases (e.g. biliary dyskinesis, gallstones), pancreatitis, diverticulitis, celiac disease.
