Sensitivity issues: You may have a localized skin reaction to the material of the condom or any lubricant or other chemical it carried. Most are made of latex and some have reactions to it.. Use of a mild OTC steroid cream may reduce the itching and irritation.Condoms are also made from other materials.Check the source and see if this helps.
