Get comfortable: If you have anaphylaxis from any allergen, then you need to get comfortable with the epi-pen, it could save your life. If your doctor has prescribed the epi-pen for you, make sure that you have one that is kept at the school (nurses office?)... in the event of a significant allergic reaction, someone there will administer. You need to learn how to do it too!

What symptoms?: If you meant just nasal symptoms or coughing from exposure, then you should consult your doctor to make sure that your nose or lung is not inflamed to start with. Once the inflammation gets under control, then you will likely have less symptoms from perfume exposure. EpiPen (epinephrine) is likely an overkill since I have never heard of perfume causing anaphylaxis although it may trigger vocal cord dysfunction
