From last one week I am feeling lightheadedness and dizziness. Recently treated from health anxiety. Due to house renovation no proper rest and intake is poor. Playing badminton regularly. Esr cbc, chest x ray, BP, thyroid and ecg all normal?
After shower, pulse goes up to 100-115bpm, & i feel dizzy, tired. My head feels heavy (sinus pressure) - CBC all normal, ekg, no fever or other issues. Very dry in house, history of panic attacks.
Have recently had resting heart rate of 95 - 120 and will get sweaty at odd times. EKG, CBC, and metabolic panel normal. Blood pressure is normal.
Heart not well. Winded at rest, 120 BPM just standing up. Echo/ECG/CXR OK, CBC OK. Could this be hormonal? Dysautonomia? Metabolic? Thnx 4 any clue
