Once a day can work: Methadone has a very long half life and is commonly given as a once a day dose. I'm a bit surprised you're taking methadone , but also mentioned Percocet as current medication. Both drugs are strong narcotics and not frequently prescribed together except in difficult pain management cases. I wonder if you have developed an addiction to narcotics. What do you think?
