New Onset?: A new onset milk allergy in a 37 year old would be unusual. If you are asking in reference to a child often the first signs are formula intolerance with diarrhea and blood in the stool, can also appear as eczematous skin rash only. Try removing milk from the diet and consider consultation with a board certified allergist for testing.
