I've had swollen lymph nodes on my neck for 3 months. they get bigger and smaller constantly, they never stay the same size. should i be worried?

Lymph nodes: it is important to distinguish reactive versus malignant lymphadenopathy. Where on the neck do you palpate these lymph nodes? It is usually more worrisome if there are palpable on the back of your neck or on the side rather than in front. lymph nodes could be swollen due to : a recent upper respiratory infection, toothache, ear infection, etc... Consult your PMD!
