Not really: the abortion might well mess up your normal cycle and ovulation might be altered as well. it can take a few months to restore your menstrual clock. if abnormal bleeding persists, do a home preg test. if positive see your doc soon. if negative you might still have a bit of residual pregnancy tissue that your doc can deal with
