Your pregnancy test is, though, and the fact that you're a day late and it's negative means, likely, you're not pregnant and period is just a little late. Ibuprofen, 600mg can help with cramping

If you do not get: your period take another pregnancy test 5 days later. If it is negative then you have infection of the cervix or UTI
