Likely: It sounds like you are definitely not pregnant, you've confirmed that. I haven't heard of birth control's hormones causing distension of one's breast veins, I wonder if something else could be causing that? Sometimes the progesterone in the birth control pill can cause bloating, and that could mean a distended stomach, but again, not always so. I would think both might be due to something else.

OCP side effects: Since you're using reliable contraception and having regular periods, you are unlikely to be pregnant. Estrogen in the pill could cause breast enlarging including more prominent appearing veins, especially if you have a light complexion. Progesterone can slow down the peristalsis of the intestinal tract which can cause bloating and constipation. Neither of these side effects are harmful.
