Not really: Tachycardia isn't normal. I would discuss with your physician. Heart disease, thyroid disease and anxiety can all cause these symptoms. When you have the symptoms, try to count how fast your heart rate is. It will help your doctor with his diagnosis. Avoid caffeine too.
