Should i be concerned that i sometimes have an accident at night if i go to sleep tired? can it be a result of my thoracic syrinx? bedwetting till 16.

Not necessarily.: You may just have what is termed as nocturnal enuresis. When tired, the chances are higher you can be in deep sleep, making it likely to become enuretic.
