Chest pain: Unfortunately, you provided very limited detail regarding your condition. Common not heart related causes of chest pain are acid reflux, back problems, abdominal issues (ulcer for example), esophageal spams, even anxiety can be perceived by pain. Ibuprofen can be contributing to stomach upset, so discontinue that.
