Yes: if you are using standard urine pregnancy tests it is possible that they are not sensitive enough and that you are not far enough along in a pregnancy to be detected. That being said, typically negative urine preg means not pregnant, the only way to be sure is to see your doctor and have a beta quantitative HCG blood test. Best of luck.
