Not likely: Pregnancy tests are very accurate at 7 days after missing a period. It is possible that you had a delayed ovulation and you could still be pregnant. Have a blood pregnancy test to confirm.

YES: although this may be due to hormonal fluctuations, I suggest a blood pregnancy test (HCG)-are you on BC pills or using condoms PLUS spermicidal foam or gel? Time to see your GYN.
