Healthy: Having a vaginal delivery has 3 things necessary 1) passage (shape of your pelvic bones); 2) passenger (baby); and 3) placenta (if placenta covers cervix then have to have a cesarean, but this is rare). You can't change the shape of your bones. You can however eat healthy and exercise throughout pregnancy and that will make for healthiest possible passenger (baby). HealthTap has a lot of tips
