Freckles: freckles are a due to sun damage & genetics. The best way to manage them is to prevent them. Light-based treatments such as IPL photofacials and LASER treatments are effective but can be expensive and even lead to hyperpigmentation in certain skin types. You can try Chemical peels or skin lightening creams containing hydroquinone. Before starting any treatment, consult your cosmetic dermatologist.
