Freckles: There are different type of freckles and they are asymptomatic, so if you have any changes to your skin make sure its evaluated. Treatment of these lesions is not usually necessary, as they tend to fade during winter months. Cosmetically, undesired lesions can be treated similarly to live spots cryotherapy, hydroquinone, azelaic acid, glycolic acid peels. See a doctor for options or consideration

Freckles: freckles are a due to sun damage & genetics. The best way to manage them is to prevent them. Light-based treatments such as IPL photofacials and LASER treatments are effective but can be expensive and even lead to hyperpigmentation in certain skin types. You can try Chemical peels or skin lightening creams containing hydroquinone. Before starting any treatment, consult your cosmetic dermatologist.
