Your Dr.: Health Tap is for advice and medical answers to certain questions. A note for maternity leave would need to physically come from your Dr. or health care provider. Assuming you are going to give birth, or just did, call your Dr./provider who took care of you and they may be able to do this. You most likely may have to go to see them for the note, as there may be a fee associated with any note.
