Binge drinking...: Heavy drinking poses a great risk of complications esp.severe intoxication and death. In your case after the event this might be your body reaction or sort of a withdrawal effect.Symptoms might also be related to something else but it is not possible to determine without more info.One thought is if you are SOB you might be having lung infection or inflammation after alcohol binge.Go to ED for c/u.
