Reflux or drip: I see 2 main possibilities- either postnasal drip or severe reflux. Talk to your doc about your symptoms. If high suspicion for postnasal drip a saline nasal spray may help. Alternatively if clinical suspicion for reflux Ranitidine OTC at night with GERD diet/lifestyle changes may help.
