Depends: A well being exam may or may not include a pelvic exam, but otherwise if any symptoms the exam will be focused on your symptoms and may include auscultation, palpation or observation only-gait for example. A well exam will review your history, need for preventive services- vaccines, etc, review of meds and a general physical exam.
