Yes...: The hormone indicative for pregnancy may not be high enough to be detected by a home pregnancy test 3 days before a missed period. If you miss your period I would repeat the test (and 1 week later if you have still not gotten your period and the first one was negative). At that point, consider evaluation by your gyn to discuss your symptoms (or your pregnancy if the tests were positive).

Recheck in a week: You certainly have lots of the signs of early pregnancy. You can have a negative pregnancy test up to the first 2 weeks of pregnancy. Recheck again in a week.
